How We Got Our Start

Cerberus Consulting LLC was founded to support healthcare practices facing the increasingly complex and time-consuming onboarding process with athenahealth. As athenahealth transitions away from its high-touch, white-glove onboarding model in favor of a more scaled approach, many practices are left needing more personalized guidance.

Having served as an onboarding Project Manager for 4+ years overseeing 100+ projects from pre-live to post-live at athenahealth, I saw firsthand how valuable dedicated, hands-on support can be during this critical phase. Cerberus Consulting was created to fill that gap—providing the individualized attention, expertise, and advocacy practices deserve to ensure a seamless and successful EMR implementation.
